Lucknow Conference Highlights Importance of Technology for Future Organizations
Lucknow: The future of successful organizations depends on their ability to view technology as more than just a way to be efficient. This was the key message delivered by Ajay Taneja, vice-chancellor of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University, at an international conference hosted by TS Mishra University. He stressed that businesses that do not adapt to technological advancements risk becoming obsolete.
The conference, titled “Future Ready Organisations: Integrating Technology,” attracted esteemed academics and innovative researchers to discuss how to create businesses that are not only resilient but also sustainable and technologically advanced.
The event’s opening session featured prominent university leaders, including chancellor SC Misra, pro-chancellor Kapil Mishra, vice-chancellor Prashant Trivedi, and executive director Praniti Misra. Conference convener Sushil Pande addressed attendees, stating, “Our biggest challenge is to blend advanced technologies, like artificial intelligence, with sustainable practices while ensuring that human well-being remains a core part of organizational strategies.”
