Tragic Lightning Strike Claims Four Lives
Patna: A devastating incident unfolded in Sangovar village, located in the Nardiganj block of Nawada district, where four individuals lost their lives due to a lightning strike on Friday. Among the deceased are three farmers and a young boy, identified as Shambhu Kumar (45), Madan Rajvanshi (50), Bhuvneshwar Rajvanshi (50), and 12-year-old Sonu Kumar.
The unfortunate event occurred when the victims sought shelter under a tree while working in their fields during a sudden rainstorm. Unfortunately, that tree became a target for lightning.
Additionally, two women, Sunita Devi and Shobhi Devi, were seriously injured in the incident and are currently receiving medical care at the local sadar hospital. The community is in shock as they mourn the loss of their loved ones.
