Vicky Kaushal Renews Lease for Juhu Apartment
Actor Vicky Kaushal has officially renewed his lease for an apartment in the upscale Juhu area of Mumbai, with the rent beginning at ₹17.01 lakh per month. The lease, which spans three years, was registered in April 2025.
Juhu is a prime residential area known for its beautiful beach and vibrant lifestyle. It’s home to many Bollywood celebrities such as Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Kartik Aaryan. The area’s excellent connectivity to major business hubs makes it a popular choice for stars.
Kaushal’s apartment is part of the Raj Mahal project and covers approximately 258.48 square meters. The lease agreement includes exclusive rights to three parking spaces and requires a security deposit of ₹1.75 crore. The total rental cost over the three years is expected to be around ₹6.2 crore.
This new lease follows a previous contract signed in July 2021, which had a monthly rent starting at ₹8 lakh. Vicky Kaushal is well-known in the film industry, celebrated for his performances in films like Uri: The Surgical Strike, Masaan, and Raazi, earning several awards for his work.
