IIRIS Consulting Acquires Fintech Firm Dion Global Solutions
IIRIS Consulting, officially known as Indus IntelliRisk and IntelliSense Services Private Limited, has successfully acquired Dion Global Solutions Limited, a publicly listed financial technology company. This move comes after the National Company Law Tribunal approved IIRIS’s resolution plan on July 21, 2026.
The acquisition is a significant step for IIRIS as it enters the realm of publicly traded companies. It also provides immediate market access for its IntelliFuture suite, which includes products powered by artificial intelligence. Dion Global Solutions caters to a variety of clients, including notable banks and financial institutions like HDFC Bank, Canara Bank, and Sharekhan.
As part of the resolution plan, valued at Rs 802.93 lakh, IIRIS has invested fresh capital into Dion by purchasing 50,00,000 equity shares at Rs 10 each. This acquisition not only positions IIRIS within India’s financial ecosystem but also allows for future investments in Dion’s technology and product development.
Garry Singh, President of IIRIS Consulting, commented on the acquisition, stating, “Today, every discussion we have with banks and financial advisors revolves around digital transformation. Institutions are eager to replace paper processes with technological solutions. This acquisition aligns us perfectly with that trend. We’re evolving from a risk-focused firm into a technology company with a wealth of experience in financial markets.”
The highlight of this collaboration is the IntelliFuture suite, a collection of seven AI-driven products developed from IIRIS’s expertise in investigations and risk management.
Sagarika Chakraborty, Co-Founder and CEO of IIRIS Consulting, added, “IIRIS has built a strong reputation in investigations and risk advisory services. We’ve transformed this experience into the IntelliFuture suite, which addresses needs like fraud detection and risk visibility. With Dion’s existing platforms already integrated into over 250 financial institutions, we can now offer intelligence as an integral part of our clients’ systems. Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition for Dion’s clients and employees.”
Additionally, IIRIS has an international presence, with offices and products active in regions including the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
