JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — A spokesperson from Ballad Health announced on Sunday that three cyclists from Milligan University are currently hospitalized at the Johnson City Medical Center. This comes after a tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday in Carter County.
According to Ballad Health, the three cyclists are reported to be in stable condition at this time. Initially, four cyclists were admitted to the hospital following the collision, with two in critical condition in the ICU. All in all, seven students were hospitalized after the incident.
Sadly, two sophomores, Brayden Rogers and Haylen Engdahl, lost their lives in the crash.
