US State Department Offers $10 Million Reward for Information on Iranian Leaders

The US State Department announced on Friday that it is offering a reward of up to $10 million for information regarding Mojtaba Khamenei, Iran’s new supreme leader, along with several other high-ranking officials.

Among the ten individuals named in the announcement are Eskandar Momeni, Iran’s Interior Minister, and Esmail Khatib, the Minister of Intelligence and Security. The State Department described these individuals as key figures within Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which is known for orchestrating acts of terrorism globally.

Officials are encouraging anyone with information to reach out securely, using platforms like Tor or Signal. They stated that sharing information could potentially lead to relocation and a monetary reward.

This initiative falls under the State Department’s “Rewards for Justice” program, designed to incentivize information that helps in the capture or prosecution of wanted persons.

It’s worth noting that Mojtaba Khamenei is the son of Ali Khamenei, who tragically lost his life in a bombing incident on February 28 during the escalating conflict between the US and Israel against Iran.
