The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is making strides to enhance the business landscape in Pakistan and attract more investments. Recently, the Secretary of SIFC met with a delegation from the World Bank to discuss strategies for simplifying business regulations. This is part of their ongoing efforts under the Ease of Doing Business framework and the Pakistan Business Portal.

The World Bank expressed its appreciation for the SIFC’s thorough approach and pledged their continued support in this initiative. The focus of these reforms is to make regulatory processes more efficient, lessen the burden of compliance, and support business operations throughout the country.
