They decided to form a joint commission that would initially focus on language technologies, aimed at improving communication between citizens and government agencies.
One of the key points discussed was the importance of creating solutions that can support multiple languages, dialects, and language variations. This effort seeks to make public services more accessible for citizens from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Furthermore, the ministers talked about potential collaboration with the JAZARI Institutes on their AI initiatives. This dialogue built upon a previous meeting in February 2026 in New Delhi, which took place during the AI Impact Summit.
This recent engagement highlights the commitment of both Morocco and India to transform their digital cooperation into practical partnerships, especially in the areas of AI, public digital infrastructure, language technologies, and the development of digital talent.
