Gaza City: Tragic Incident at School Claims Lives
In a heartbreaking incident on Saturday, an Israeli airstrike in Gaza City’s Shati refugee camp resulted in the deaths of 10 Palestinians and left at least 20 others injured, according to medical sources.
The attack hit the UN-operated Abu Assi school, which was housing families who had been displaced by ongoing conflict. Rescue teams are still working at the site, and health officials have warned that there may be individuals trapped under the debris.
So far, there has been no immediate response from Israeli authorities regarding the strike.
Additionally, the Israeli military reported on the same day that two rockets fired from the northern Gaza Strip towards Israel were intercepted successfully.
