Textron Aviation Delivers First Cessna Citation Longitude to Central America
Textron Aviation Inc., part of Textron Inc., has made an exciting announcement on May 29th. They delivered their flagship super-midsize business jet, the Cessna Citation Longitude, to a long-time customer in Central America, specifically in Costa Rica. The customer plans to use the jet for both business and personal travel.
Marcelo Moreira, the vice president of Sales for Latin America, shared his enthusiasm: “The Citation Longitude is a game-changer for our customers. With its great range and impressive speed, it allows people to travel farther easily, making journeys smooth and convenient.” He emphasized that this business jet is perfect for the diverse travel needs of their clients in Central America.
The Citation Longitude is designed with both pilots and passengers in mind, focusing on comfort and performance. It sets a high standard as the flagship model of the Citation jet family. In Central America, there are over 100 Cessna turbine aircraft, with more than 30 being Cessna Citation jets. This gives local customers the ability to connect cities such as San José, Costa Rica, to Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Tegucigalpa, Honduras, to São Paulo, Brazil.
