In a candid conversation on Komal Nahta’s podcast, “Game Changers: The Music Series,” Shaan reflected on his earlier days when he could celebrate and perform the next day without a care in the world.
“I used to think, ‘I can party today and sing tomorrow, and it won’t affect me,’” he recalled, indicating that those carefree days are behind him. Now in his mid-40s, he recognizes that bouncing back from such activities is no longer as straightforward as it once was.
Shaan explained that he has made significant changes to his daily habits.
