Amitabh Bachchan, a legendary figure in Indian cinema, has made headlines once again with a new real estate deal in Mumbai. He has leased three upper floors of the Signature building situated in Andheri West to the nutrition company, TruNativ F&B Private Limited. This lease is set for five years, with a monthly rental of Rs 33 lakhs.

The lease officially began on August 15, 2026, as outlined in property registration documents. The three floors, located on Link Road, boast a combined area of about 8,428 square feet. This means the rent is approximately Rs 392 per square foot.

The official agreement for the lease was signed on August 7, 2026. Over the five-year period, the total rental commitment is expected to reach around Rs 21.88 crores. Furthermore, TruNativ will have exclusive access to nine designated parking spaces within the property.

As part of the arrangement, the nutrition brand has provided a security deposit of Rs 1.98 crores. The lease agreement also includes a provision for annual rent increases of 5 percent each year throughout the lease duration.

This latest venture adds to Amitabh Bachchan’s extensive presence in Mumbai’s commercial real estate sector. The iconic actor already has a notable history of leasing and acquiring properties across various prominent neighborhoods in the city.

Moving beyond Mumbai, Bachchan is also expanding his real estate investments in Ayodhya, a city that has seen a surge of interest due to its status as a religious tourism hub. In March 2026, he purchased a 2.67-acre plot in Ayodhya for Rs 35 crores, as announced by the developer on March 6.

Bachchan continues to grow his real estate portfolio, making strategic investments both in his hometown and beyond.
