Actor Saif Ali Khan has signed a lease for two office units in Andheri East, Mumbai, at a total monthly rent of ₹22.76 lakhs. The office spaces are situated in Kanakia Wall Street, right along the Andheri-Kurla Road in Chakala, as shown in property registration documents obtained from the real estate analytics company, CRE Matrix.

These two office units are located on a higher floor of the building’s A-Wing, offering a combined area of 5,692 square feet as per RERA specifications. The rental price is approximately ₹400 per square foot each month and includes dedicated parking spaces for six vehicles.

The lease agreement was officially recorded on September 29, 2026. It was made between Saif Ali Khan, represented by his attorney, and Durva Fintech Private Limited, with director Vikaas Mohan Sachdeva as the signatory. The five-year lease extends from May 10, 2026, to May 9, 2031.

As part of this agreement, Durva Fintech has paid a security deposit of ₹2.36 crores, roughly equivalent to about 10.4 months of rent. Notably, the lease includes a 36-month lock-in period and stipulates an annual rent increase of 5%. Over the full five years, the total rental income is projected to exceed ₹14 crores.

Interestingly, Saif purchased these office spaces in November 2025 for over ₹30 crores, marking a strategic addition to his growing real estate investments. In the past, he has also rented out his former 1,500-square-foot home in Bandra to a media production company for ₹3.5 lakhs a month while living there with his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan.

On the work side, Saif is busy with upcoming projects such as the crime drama “Kartavya,” produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, and an action thriller titled “Haiwaan,” where he reunites with Akshay Kumar. Balancing his acting career with real estate ventures, this latest office lease provides yet another avenue for rental income for the actor.
