Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have recently expanded their real estate investments by purchasing a luxurious apartment in Versova, Mumbai. According to property records from Zapkey.com, the couple acquired a 2,644-square-foot apartment in the Godrej Skyshore residential project for ₹18.29 crore.
The new apartment, located on a high floor, not only offers ample space but also includes an additional 316-square-foot area along with three parking spots. The registration of the property took place on July 21, 2026, with the couple paying ₹1.09 crore in stamp duty and a registration fee of ₹30,000, as mentioned in the official documents.
The apartment’s cost translates to roughly ₹69,159 per square foot, reflecting ongoing demand for luxury properties in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
Interestingly, earlier this year, actress Tabu also made headlines for her purchase of a 2,153-square-foot apartment in the same project for around ₹10 crore, according to property records accessed by Liases Foras.
This acquisition further establishes the couple’s reputation as prominent players in India’s luxury real estate market. Over the years, Kohli and Sharma have invested in various high-end properties across different cities, often attracting attention to luxury housing projects and up-and-coming premium neighborhoods.
In addition to their new Mumbai apartment, Kohli owns a vast 10,000-square-foot residence in Gurugram’s DLF Phase 1, valued at approximately ₹80 crore. This property features a private swimming pool, a modern gym, and various other upscale amenities.
Earlier this year, the couple also purchased over five acres of land in Zirad village near Awas Beach in Alibaug for about ₹37.86 crore. This deal involved two land parcels totaling nearly 21,010 square meters, with the transaction registered on January 13, 2026.
Kohli and Sharma have a history of significant investments in Alibaug as well. In 2022, they bought an eight-acre plot for nearly ₹19 crore, where they later constructed a luxury villa complete with a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a custom kitchen, four bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a landscaped garden, and staff quarters.
Their latest purchase in Mumbai is yet another addition to their impressive collection of luxury properties across India.
