Labourer’s Body Discovered in Kanpur
In a tragic incident, the body of 42-year-old Pradeep Kumar was found in the veranda of his home in Bimarpura village, Jaswantnagar, Etawah, on Thursday morning.
Initial reports indicate that he may have been killed after being struck on the head with a brick, which was located near his body. Police also discovered an empty liquor bottle and a glass at the scene.
Local officials, including SP City Abhay Nath Tripathi, quickly arrived at the village with a police team to investigate and gather information from residents.
Pradeep, who was unmarried and lived alone, worked as a labourer in the area. His unexpected death has left the community in shock, and many villagers have gathered to express their condolences.
Authorities are examining all possible leads in the case and await the results of Pradeep’s post-mortem to determine the next steps in their investigation.
