Autel Energy Europe Unveils Innovative EV Charging Platform
At the recent “INFINITE POWER – STARTING FROM ZERO” event, Autel Energy Europe launched its cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) charging platform, aiming to address the growing need for fast and dependable charging solutions throughout Europe and beyond. This new system is built on Autel’s own state-of-the-art liquid-cooled power modules, providing operators with highly adaptable and efficient options for various charging needs.
High-Performance Power Modules
The centerpiece of this platform is the MaxiModule LCM60/120, available in both 60 kW and 120 kW versions. These modules are designed to deliver high efficiency and long-lasting performance, even under challenging conditions. They ensure consistent cooling during intensive usage, helping operators save on costs while maximizing uptime and preparing for future needs.
Scalable Charging Solutions
Integrated into the new MaxiCharger DS600L cabinet system, these power modules can collectively achieve an impressive output of up to 3 MW. The DS600L is designed with a backup system for crucial components, guaranteeing continuous operation with no interruptions. It is compatible with various configurations and can support different charging applications, including fleet operations and the integration of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar power (PV). This flexibility allows for tailored solutions to meet diverse site requirements.
Upgraded All-in-One Charger
Autel has also introduced the upgraded MaxiCharger DH600, enhancing the previous DH480 model. This compact charger now features liquid-cooled cables that can handle up to 650 A, allowing for high power delivery of 600 kW. With improved performance and efficiency, the DH600 is reliable for diverse charging scenarios.
Innovative Services and AI Features
Alongside its hardware improvements, Autel has showcased its MaxiCare service and AI capabilities. These tools help with predictive maintenance and real-time network management, ensuring that charging stations remain operational and efficient. Autel is also exploring the use of AI for various applications in charging and inspection, aiming for even greater efficiencies in the future.
Commitment to the Future of Charging
Andreas Lastei, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Autel Energy Europe, emphasized the company’s commitment to building a flexible and reliable charging network. “By developing our core power modules in-house and integrating them into scalable systems, we are ready to support Europe’s shift toward zero-emission transport,” he stated.
As Autel Energy Europe continues to push the boundaries of EV charging technology, the launch of this advanced platform represents a significant step forward in meeting the demands of an evolving market.
