A local business in Champaign is gaining attention thanks to Culture Magazine. The magazine has recognized a cheese from Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery as one of the top 60 cheeses in the world.
This celebrated cheese, known as “Little Bloom on the Prairie,” is crafted from a unique blend of Jersey cow’s milk sourced from Kilgus Farmstead and goat’s milk from Prairie Fruits.
