Salman Khan has recently sold his apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹3.50 crore, as revealed by property registration records. The actor originally bought the property in 2015 for ₹2.88 crore, marking another significant real estate deal in the Bollywood sphere.
The apartment, located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, covers an area of 758 square feet and includes two parking spaces. The sale, registered on July 9, 2026, indicates a selling rate of about ₹46,000 per square foot based on its carpet area.
The buyers of the property are Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala, and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹21 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
This sale highlights the ongoing demand for prime residential properties in Bandra West, an area known for its upscale living and popularity among celebrities. Salman Khan has long been connected to this neighborhood, where he lives with his family.
While the registration documents shed light on the deal, neither Salman Khan nor the new homeowners made any comments about the sale at the time of reporting.
This transaction adds to the growing list of celebrity real estate deals in Mumbai this year, solidifying Bandra West’s position as one of the city’s leading markets for high-value property transactions.
