LG’s 2026 Life’s Good Campaign Focuses on Mental Well-Being with AI Support

In response to World Mental Health Day, LG Electronics emphasized the importance of mental well-being in our fast-paced lives. The company’s 2026 Life’s Good campaign illustrates how LG’s AI technology can help ease mental burdens, allowing individuals to concentrate on what truly matters.

The campaign has made a significant impact, reaching audiences in 53 countries and generating over 3 billion views. It showcases how technology can tackle the everyday stresses that often weigh us down, enabling people to enjoy more meaningful experiences in life.

Understanding Mental Load

LG’s campaign also sheds light on the concept of “mental load,” which is the stress we feel from juggling constant information and daily tasks. Recent surveys reveal that many individuals feel overwhelmed, with estimates suggesting they spend around 87 days each year dealing with mental load.

LG’s Approach to Reducing Stress

With the slogan “Free Up Your Mind,” LG’s campaign aligns with its vision of a Zero Labour Home, emphasizing that AI can significantly reduce both physical and mental tasks at home. This technology aims to simplify daily chores, giving people the freedom to focus on the most important aspects of their lives.

Real Stories of Relief

The campaign features a compelling film that tells the story of a real family dealing with the pressures of daily life. It portrays how LG’s AI can quietly manage routine chores in the background, allowing families to spend quality time together, free from distractions.

In total, the campaign saw extensive engagement through collaborations with creators and local events, spreading its positive message across various platforms.

Expert Insights

To enhance the campaign, LG partnered with Dr. Judith Joseph, a board-certified psychiatrist, to provide expert advice on managing mental load. The initiative included a “Mental Load Test,” which attracted over 570,000 participants, helping individuals understand their stress levels better.

Looking Ahead

According to Kim Hyo-eun, head of LG’s Brand Management Division, the Life’s Good campaign has highlighted the potential of innovation in improving lives in meaningful ways. As AI continues to integrate into our daily routines, it is essential that it not only provides convenience but also helps lighten the unseen burdens we carry, offering us more time and attention for the things we love.

Through its 2026 Life’s Good campaign, LG demonstrates its commitment to fostering mental well-being, encouraging us all to create more space for happiness.
