Ranbir Kapoor has taken on a new role as the Brand Ambassador for the Pune-based real estate company, Mantra Group. This collaboration comes as the company seeks to expand and adapt its brand across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and retail.
As part of this partnership, Ranbir will appear in a new advertisement alongside Rohit Gupta, the Managing Director of Mantra Group. This move is aimed at boosting the company’s presence in its current markets while also exploring new opportunities both in India and internationally.
Established in Pune in 2007, Mantra Group has evolved from a small entrepreneurial venture into a significant player in the real estate market over nearly two decades. While Pune remains a key market, the company’s portfolio now spans various segments and regions.
In recent years, Mantra has ventured into new business areas, including a partnership with the luxury brand Jacob & Co to enter the branded residences market. Its move into Mumbai has opened doors for large-scale developments, while its residential and luxury real estate offerings in Pune continue to grow.
Mantra Group is also known for its collaborations with notable designers and architects. For instance, its luxury segment, Burgundy, has worked with renowned designer Manish Malhotra, and Ganti Associates has also contributed to its projects.
The choice to partner with Ranbir is driven by the similarities in both their journeys; both have made their marks since 2007 and have continuously evolved. Ranbir has taken on diverse roles, while Mantra has diversified across markets, designs, and developments.
Rohit Gupta commented, “When we started Mantra in 2007, our goal was to build a strong business in Pune and earn the trust of families. Over the years, we’ve gained the confidence to think beyond just individual projects and consider what we can achieve as a group. We’ve expanded into new markets, categories, and built relationships with renowned names in luxury and design. Bringing Ranbir on board aligns perfectly with our brand evolution, as both our journeys share many parallels.”
Ranbir expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, “I was drawn to Mantra because it has developed over time while also evolving with ambition. The company seeks to grow and explore new markets with a fresh perspective. Our journeys have interesting similarities, both deeply rooted yet forward-looking. I’m thrilled to be part of this new chapter as we build something great together.”
The partnership will coincide with Mantra’s new campaign titled ‘The Festival of Choices.’ This initiative will showcase the company’s extensive portfolio and offer various benefits to consumers across its projects.
For Ranbir, this partnership adds to his growing list of brand endorsements. For Mantra Group, having him represent the brand comes at a crucial time as they look to tap into new markets while continuing to develop their luxury and premium offerings. With Ranbir onboard, the company aims to effectively communicate its growth strategy built on the solid foundation laid since its inception in 2007.
