Neil Bhoopalam has established a diverse career in films, television, and web shows, taking on a variety of roles across different platforms. Recently, he’s been garnering attention for his portrayal of Lala Hardayal in the series The Revolutionaries. As he continues to explore different acting opportunities, Neil has a filmmaker in mind for a dream collaboration.
In a recent discussion about potential directors, Neil expressed his desire to work with Rajkumar Hirani, a celebrated filmmaker known for his family-oriented stories. He believes that collaborating with Hirani would offer a refreshing change for him, allowing him to step into different types of roles.
“I’d love to work with Rajkumar Hirani at least once in my life,” Neil shared. He admires Hirani’s unique style of storytelling, which not only entertains but also leaves viewers with valuable lessons. Neil highlighted how humor plays a significant role in Hirani’s films, enhancing the overall narrative.
“I’ve observed that his films truly resonate with families. They’re entertaining but also impart lessons that stick with you,” he noted.
Neil reflected on his body of work, mentioning that much of it has been aimed at mature audiences. He is eager to take on projects that have a broader appeal for families. “Most of my previous roles have been in adult-rated projects, so doing something suitable for a general audience would be a nice change for me,” he added.
As he looks toward future opportunities, Neil remains open to working with directors he has collaborated with before, emphasizing that a second project often allows for greater chemistry and understanding between the actor and director.
