Insight Global, the second-largest IT staffing provider in the United States, is excited to announce the opening of a new delivery center in Hyderabad, India, this October. This new center comes just a year and a half after launching its first location in the city, responding to growing customer needs.
Lawrence Dearth, the company’s president of global growth, highlighted that the ability to expand teams in India is becoming increasingly important for clients who are moving towards digital transformation and embracing new technologies. He mentioned that this capability is key for engineering innovation and the development of global support centers.
Many international companies have set up these global capability centers in India to manage various business functions, particularly in IT. The first delivery center in Hyderabad has already grown to employ over 1,500 individuals, providing IT services to more than 200 companies. Notably, over 50 of these organizations utilize the center for establishing their own global capability hubs, which often involves large-scale recruitment efforts.
Looking ahead, Insight Global believes that its operations in India will play a crucial role in its ongoing global growth plans.
