Kartik Aaryan, the popular actor, recently faced a significant knee injury while filming an intense action scene for his upcoming project with director Kabir Khan. Reports indicate that the injury occurred during the final stages of filming, just two days before the schedule was supposed to conclude.
According to sources, Kartik had been rigorously training with action coaches to prepare for these challenging sequences. Unfortunately, he injured his knee during one of the stunts and was quickly taken to a local hospital for treatment.
A close source disclosed that Kartik has been admitted to Fortis Raheja Hospital, where he is receiving medical care. Doctors are expected to perform surgery on his knee shortly, after which he will need some time to rest and recover. Once he heals, he is likely to return to his work commitments.
This situation arises at a busy time in Kartik’s career. He recently received the National Film Award for Best Actor for his role in “Chandu Champion” and has stepped into film production with his company, Dopamine Studios. This film will mark his second collaboration with Kabir Khan after “Chandu Champion.”
Kartik also has several other exciting projects in the pipeline. He is set to star in “Naagzilla,” a fantasy-comedy directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and is involved in “Captain India,” which remains on his upcoming slate.
For now, Kartik’s primary focus will be on his recovery from the knee injury and surgery before he jumps back into his packed filming schedule.
