Siddhant Chaturvedi, the talented actor known for his roles in various films and web series, has made headlines again with a significant property investment in Mumbai. Recently, he and his mother, Meenal Laxman Chaturvedi, bought an apartment in Vile Parle West for a stunning ₹12.63 crores. This purchase comes just a few weeks after they acquired another apartment in the same building for ₹13.91 crores.
According to records from a real estate consultancy group, the latest deal was finalized on July 31, 2026. The new home is situated on the seventh floor of the Namo Krishna building, located on N S Road in Vile Parle West. This apartment boasts a RERA carpet area of 1,640.63 square feet, with a total area of 1,804.67 square feet, and even includes a robotic car parking space. For this latest transaction, Siddhant and his mother paid ₹75.76 lakh as stamp duty.
The earlier apartment, purchased on June 19, 2026, is located on the sixth floor of the same building and measures 2,173.87 square feet in carpet area. They acquired this property from Suchita Ramesh Deora through an agreement. Collectively, Siddhant and Meenal have invested over ₹26.5 crores in two apartments in less than two months.
Siddhant Chaturvedi started his acting career with the Amazon Prime series “Inside Edge,” where he played a teenager interested in cricket from 2017 to 2019. He made his film debut in 2019 as a street rapper in “Gully Boy.” Since then, he has taken on lead roles, starring in films like “Gehraiyaan” (2022) and “Kho Gaye Hum Kahan” (2023), both of which became popular on streaming platforms.
