Recent advancements in technology have greatly enhanced our ability to monitor agricultural practices on a large scale. With the help of Starling, we can now effectively map and oversee approximately 230,000 plantations involved in three key crops: cocoa, palm oil, and coffee. This initiative aligns with the new EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), ensuring sustainable practices throughout our supply chains.
