Saiyami Kher’s Film Set for World Premiere at IFFM 2026

Saiyami Kher and director Vikram Phadnis are excited to announce that their upcoming film, Pal Bhar Ke Liye, will have its World Premiere at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) in 2026. The film features a talented cast, including Ishwak Singh, Tahir Raj Bhasin, and Viineet Kumar Siingh alongside Saiyami.

This premiere is a significant moment for the cast and crew, marking the beginning of the film’s journey through one of the most renowned international platforms for Indian cinema. The IFFM is known for showcasing a rich variety of films, making it an ideal venue for Pal Bhar Ke Liye‘s debut.

For Saiyami, this premiere is especially meaningful as she returns to IFFM after showcasing her previous work, Ghoomer, at the 2023 festival. Saiyami expressed her enthusiasm about her upcoming experience, saying, “IFFM holds a special place in my heart. Bringing Ghoomer to Melbourne was memorable, and returning with Pal Bhar Ke Liye for its World Premiere feels surreal. It’s magical to see your work resonate with audiences from diverse backgrounds.”

Meanwhile, director Vikram Phadnis shared his excitement about introducing the film at IFFM, emphasizing the importance of storytelling. “Every story deserves to be seen, and I couldn’t think of a better place than IFFM to launch our film. It’s an honor to premiere here,” he stated.

Mitu Bhowmick Lange, the Festival Director, added, “We are thrilled to present the World Premiere of Vikram Phadnis’ film at IFFM. This festival celebrates powerful narratives and exceptional talent from Indian cinema, and we are eager to share this film with our audience.”

With the World Premiere now officially set, Pal Bhar Ke Liye is ready to make its debut in front of an international audience, supported by its fantastic cast and the prestigious platform at IFFM 2026. This event promises to leave a lasting impression on viewers and the global film community alike.
