Akshay Kumar’s production company, Cape of Good Films LLP, has made a significant announcement regarding the highly anticipated comedy, Hera Pheri 3. In a public notice published in the Complete Cinema magazine on July 4, 2026, the company declared that it holds the exclusive rights to produce and market the film. This notice is directed at the public and members of the Indian film industry.
The company’s notice highlights their authority over various distribution channels, including cinema chains, streaming platforms, television broadcasters, digital services, and many others involved in the entertainment business.
Cape of Good Films LLP stated that it possesses an “irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual and unencumbered license” to handle all aspects of Hera Pheri 3, covering every mode and format of distribution, whether existing now or created in the future.
In this announcement, the production house urged all parties involved in the entertainment sector to acknowledge and adhere to its rights concerning the film. It cautioned those in the industry against making deals or negotiations with anyone claiming ownership of rights related to Hera Pheri 3, unless they have prior written permission from the company.
