Preity Zinta Rents Luxurious Apartment in Mumbai

Bollywood star Preity Zinta has rented a lavish apartment in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra (West), Mumbai. Recent property registration documents reveal that Zinta has signed a two-year lease for a residence in the Art Veda building.

The apartment spans around 1,500 square feet and includes a dedicated parking space of about 100 square feet. It was leased from MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd.

The leasing agreement began on May 27, 2026, with Zinta set to pay a monthly rent of ₹6 lakh for the first year. In the second year, the rent will increase to ₹6.5 lakh. Additionally, a security deposit of ₹27 lakh was made as part of the arrangement.

Although neither Zinta nor her landlord has commented on the transaction, this move adds her to the list of celebrities residing in this highly sought-after neighborhood in Mumbai.

On the professional front, Preity Zinta is gearing up for her return to cinema with the much-anticipated film Batwara 1947. Directed by renowned filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi, the period drama boasts a star-studded cast, including Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh. The film is being produced by Aamir Khan Productions and is set to hit theaters worldwide on August 14, 2026.
