Zinta’s legal team argues that numerous websites have produced and distributed misleading digital content, which has been made public across social media and other online platforms. This unauthorized use of her likeness is not just harmful to her reputation but also breaches her legal rights.
In her legal documents, Zinta expresses that this altered content threatens her goodwill and public image. Her lawyer emphasized that these issues have a global reach, even though some of the defendants are outside of Mumbai’s jurisdiction.
