Incident at McDonald’s in Brazil Escalates to Violence

A chaotic scene unfolded at a McDonald’s in Sao Paulo, Brazil, when a customer launched a flying kick at an employee during a heated argument. The incident took place on December 13, when a couple began arguing with staff, sparking a confrontation that quickly escalated.

In the footage, the female customer can be seen throwing a fallen burger at an employee, while the staff member retaliates by tossing what appears to be a burger box at a man accompanying her. The situation intensified when the man kicked at the employees near the counter, prompting one of the workers to throw a punch before he backed off.

As tensions rose, the woman continued to demand her money back and was seen hurling an object from the counter. The exact cause of the altercation remains unclear, but local media suggested it might have stemmed from a food order issue.

McDonald’s expressed regret over the violent incident and stated that they are investigating the matter and will take appropriate actions to address it.
