DEALISM Introduces Groundbreaking AI Tool Crafted to Elevate Sales Pros on WhatsApp Business

DEALISM Launches AI Sales Agent for WhatsApp Business

Singapore, August 15, 2025 — DEALISM PTE. LTD. has introduced DEALISM, an innovative AI agent designed specifically to enhance the everyday tasks of sales professionals using WhatsApp for business. This groundbreaking technology harnesses advanced language models and deep learning techniques to manage complex customer interactions around the clock. By automating routine tasks and learning from each engagement, DEALISM aims to improve sales outcomes significantly.

Born from Real-World Experience

The concept behind DEALISM originated from the founder, Leo Huan, who previously served as the president of China’s first publicly listed software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. With a legacy that includes overseeing platforms with over $15 billion in gross merchandise volume, Leo has shifted his focus toward creating a dedicated AI sales assistant to support individual salespeople.

Prior to launching DEALISM, Leo worked as an investor at Hillhouse Capital, a leading investment firm in China. He then took on the role of COO and Co-President at a pioneering SaaS company, where he supervised a team of over 3,000 salespeople across various channels.

During his tenure, Leo observed several inefficiencies, such as lengthy onboarding processes and underwhelming customer relationship management (CRM) systems. He noted that while companies began implementing AI in their sales strategies, many efforts merely made existing workflows more efficient without truly innovating.

“I don’t want to create just another system that lists sales steps. My goal is for AI to genuinely learn and utilize sales experiences, understand various brands and products, and evolve through real conversations, much like what we’re doing with WhatsApp business,” Leo said. “If we succeed, sales will no longer depend solely on the traditional ‘master-apprentice’ approach where knowledge is passed down by word of mouth. Instead, sales information can be updated and shared seamlessly, just like a person would.”
