Bollywood star Salman Khan has recently sold his apartment located in the upscale Bandra West area of Mumbai for ₹5.35 crores. The sale, which took place in July 2025, was confirmed through property registration documents available on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
The apartment, situated in a high-end residential complex called Shiv Asthan Heights, spans around 122.45 square meters (approximately 1,318 square feet) and comes with three designated parking spaces. This feature definitely adds to its overall value. The sale incurred a stamp duty of ₹32.01 lakh, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.
Even after this transaction, Salman Khan continues to live in his long-time residence, Galaxy Apartments, which is just about 2.2 kilometers away from the sold property.
Bandra West remains a highly desirable location in Mumbai’s real estate market. Famous for its luxurious homes and lively social scene, the area draws both wealthy individuals and Bollywood celebrities. Its excellent connectivity via major roadways, railways, and upcoming Metro lines makes it even more appealing.
Numerous Bollywood icons call this neighborhood home, including Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Kareena Kapoor, among others. Additionally, power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are reportedly set to move into the area soon.
On the professional front, Salman Khan is preparing to host the next season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss, expected to kick off in August 2025. While there have been rumors about other hosts stepping in during his absence, there is no official confirmation from the show’s producers yet.
