Gauahar Khan Buys Three Apartments in Mumbai for Over Rs. 10 Crores

Gauahar Khan, a well-known Indian actress, model, and reality TV star, has made headlines with her recent real estate investment. She has acquired three apartments in Versova, Mumbai, with a total value of Rs. 10.13 crores, as stated in property registration records.

The properties, all located within the same residential complex, were registered in February 2025. One of the apartments was purchased solely by Gauahar, while the other two were bought jointly with her husband, Zaid Darbar.

According to the property documents, Gauahar Khan’s individual purchase included an apartment worth Rs. 2.80 crores, featuring a carpet area of 1,104.75 square feet. This unit also comes with one parking space. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 13.98 lakh along with a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

In addition, Gauahar and Zaid together purchased two other apartments in the same building for a combined total of Rs. 7.33 crores. These two units have a total carpet area of 2,393 square feet and include two dedicated parking spaces. The stamp duty for this transaction was Rs. 43.97 lakh, also with a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

Versova, the area where the apartments are situated, is known for its good connectivity to various commercial and entertainment spots, making it a popular choice among residents.

Gauahar Khan first gained fame as a model, appearing in several music videos, including the hit song “Hawa Mein Udati Jaaye” by Bombay Vikings. She has since carved out a successful career in both films and reality shows. In 2020, she married Zaid Darbar, the son of musician Ismail Darbar, and the couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in 2023. Currently, Gauahar is working on a new web series titled Lovely Lolla, alongside co-star Isha Malviya, and has another project, Fauji 2, lined up.
