Elvish Yadav, a known YouTube influencer and reality show contestant, has found himself in hot water again due to his remarks about fellow Bigg Boss contestant, Chum Darang. The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has expressed its discontent by writing to the network and producers of Laughter Chef Season 2, urging them to remove Yadav from the show, citing concerns over his potential negative impact on young viewers.
In the letter, FWICE President BN Tiwari highlighted Yadav’s controversial comments and noted the backlash he has received on social media. He also brought attention to Yadav’s involvement in a snake venom rave party incident, where he faced legal issues, including arrest for allegedly using wildlife products.
The letter stressed the influence Yadav has on the youth, warning that his actions could lead impressionable followers toward illegal activities. “We strongly condemn all his acts that go against society’s welfare and our country’s values. We urge the Colors Channel to reconsider his participation in the show for the greater good of society,” the letter stated.
Yadav’s ongoing controversies have sparked considerable discussion about the responsibilities of public figures and their impact on younger audiences.
