Altrad Completes Acquisition of Stork’s UK Operations
Altrad has officially announced its acquisition of Stork TS Holdings Limited, which oversees the Stork UK group of companies. The deal was finalized on February 1, 2025.
John Walsh, Altrad’s CEO for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Poland, described the acquisition as a significant step in their strategic plan. He highlighted that this move will enhance Altrad’s operations in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) and broaden the range of services offered to clients in both offshore and onshore sectors. "We are excited to welcome Stork UK and its 1,900 skilled employees into the Altrad family, and we look forward to supporting their growth within our organization," he stated.
Steve Hunt, Regional Director of Stork UK, expressed enthusiasm about the new partnership, saying, "Joining Altrad puts us in a great position to accelerate our growth and development with the support of our new ownership."
