Hrithik Roshan Leases Office Space in Andheri West

Hrithik Roshan has made a significant addition to his real estate investments by leasing a commercial office in Andheri West, Mumbai. The actor has signed a five-year lease with Clearsynth Labs Limited, as detailed in recent property registration papers.

The office, located in the Lotus Nilkamal Business Park on New Link Road, spans nearly 6,000 square feet and includes seven units situated on a higher floor. Additionally, the lease provides seven dedicated parking spaces. The registration of the lease agreement took place on June 29, 2026, but the tenancy has been active since April 1, 2026. The lease is set to last until March 31, 2031.

Financially, Clearsynth Labs Limited will start with a monthly rent of ₹17 lakh for the first three years, between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2029. After that period, the rent will increase to ₹19.55 lakh for the final two years of the lease, up until March 31, 2031. The tenant has also paid a security deposit of ₹68 lakh, as per the agreement.

This latest deal enhances Hrithik Roshan’s collection of commercial properties, showcasing his active involvement in real estate investments across Mumbai. In 2025, he previously leased his sea-facing luxury home in Juhu to his girlfriend, Saba Grewal, for ₹75,000 a month under a one-year contract.

In a separate development, Hrithik made headlines last year when he, along with his family, purchased ten office units in Andheri West for around ₹28 crores, further bolstering his presence in the commercial real estate sector.

This strategic lease not only represents a smart investment for the actor but also highlights a trend among celebrities in Mumbai investing in commercial properties alongside their entertainment careers.
