China expressed its views on Friday regarding the recent cooperation between India and Japan, emphasizing that such partnerships should not be directed against Beijing. This statement followed a meeting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japan’s Minister Sanae Takaichi, where they agreed to enhance their collaboration in the area of critical minerals.
During a press conference, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun stated, “When nations work together, it’s important that they do not target or harm others.” He added that cooperation should not serve as a cover for creating exclusive groups or escalating tensions.
