Three Air India A320 Planes Grounded for Inspections Following Weather Damage
Three Airbus A320 aircraft operated by Air India have been temporarily grounded for inspection and maintenance. This decision comes after the planes were damaged on June 7 due to severe weather conditions, as reported by India’s aviation regulatory authority on Monday.
High winds caused ground equipment to collide with two of the aircraft, while debris affected a third plane, according to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
Air India has not yet provided a comment on the situation.
