Dorsey & Whitney Strengthens Team with New Partner in London
Dorsey & Whitney has announced the appointment of Mark Churchman as a Partner in its London office, enhancing the firm’s expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. Mark joins from Shoosmiths, where he played a key role in their M&A and private equity team.
With over 15 years of experience, Mark specializes in guiding UK, US, and European sponsors through investment and M&A opportunities. His focus includes mid-market private equity buyouts, additional purchases related to existing investments, and various portfolio company matters. He has worked across diverse sectors, with particular strength in enterprise software, technology, media and telecom, as well as energy and infrastructure.
Brian Moore, who leads Dorsey’s Global Transactions Business Group, expressed enthusiasm about Mark’s arrival. “Mark’s background in cross-border private equity is a great match for our firm.
