The apartment covers an impressive 2,153 sq. ft. and includes a spacious balcony of about 127 sq. ft. This outdoor space is a rare find in busy Mumbai, where private outdoor areas are often hard to come by.
Documents show that the transaction was registered on March 26, 2026, with Tabu paying a stamp duty of ₹5.24 lakhs and a registration fee of ₹30,000. In addition, the apartment comes with two dedicated parking spots, which adds extra value to her investment.
Located in Versova, Godrej Skyshore is known for its exclusive atmosphere and coastal living. The development consists of one main tower with two wings and around 120 residences, all set within a beautifully landscaped 1.5-acre area.
