Kyocera Corporation to Showcase Innovations at CES 2026

Published: November 10, 2025, at 11:34 PM EST

Kyocera Corporation has announced its participation in CES 2026, one of the largest technology trade shows in the world. The event is set to take place in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9, 2026. Visitors can find Kyocera at booth #6501 in the Vehicle Tech & Advanced Mobility Zone located in the West Hall.

Kyocera will be showcasing a range of advanced technologies. This includes their innovative Underwater Wireless Optical Communication (UWOC) system, which is aimed at underwater drones. The technology is designed for high-speed and high-capacity data transmission. Kyocera will also present a high-resolution millimeter-wave sensor to support autonomous driving, along with a unique triple-lens AI depth-sensing camera utilizing their proprietary AI technology.

Attendees at CES can expect to see Kyocera’s vision for the future of mobility. They will feature:

  • Underwater Wireless Optical Communication (UWOC): This advanced technology enables stable, real-time transmission of high-definition video and sensor data underwater. It aims to enhance the efficiency of marine surveys conducted by Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).

  • Triple-Lens AI Depth Sensor: This high-resolution camera captures distances with precision for small objects. The technology promises to improve applications in manufacturing and medical fields.

  • High-Resolution mmWave Sensor: This sensor detects minute vibrations from objects, offering insights for various applications, including autonomous driving and healthcare monitoring.

  • OPTINITY®: This new optoelectronic integrated module doubles the bandwidth for data transmitted in AI and autonomous driving applications, making data exchange faster and more efficient.

  • Phased Array Antenna Module (PAAM): Designed for security applications, this module improves situational awareness by allowing multiple beams for threat detection and monitoring.

  • Cotopat Speech Recognition System: Launched in Japan, this system facilitates communication by displaying text and visuals in real time, helping eliminate language barriers.

Kyocera’s participation at CES 2026 reflects its commitment to driving innovation across various sectors, including automotive and marine technology.
