Dharma Productions, the well-known film studio led by Karan Johar, has secured a new office space in Mumbai. The lease covers an area of 5,500 square feet within the Lotus Signature commercial complex, situated in the lively Andheri West area. The agreement starts with a monthly rent of ₹15 lakh and will run for four years.
The office is located on the eighth floor of the building, boasting modern amenities that cater to the studio’s growing needs. As part of the deal, the rent will increase by five percent each year, which means it will rise to approximately ₹17.36 lakh by the end of the lease. Over four years, the total rent is expected to reach around ₹7.75 crores. Additionally, there will be a security deposit of ₹1 crore and a stamp duty fee of ₹2.04 lakh.
