Superstar Salman Khan is diving into a busy period as his upcoming action drama, Monster, approaches the final stages of filming. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, this highly anticipated project is nearing completion, with Salman preparing for an extensive 50-day schedule focused on intense combat scenes.
The crew is currently working at a studio in Mira Road, where they are shooting action sequences that aim to offer a raw and realistic experience. The film will see Salman engaged in gripping hand-to-hand combat as he faces off against his adversaries.
Since the filming kicked off in Mumbai in mid-April 2026, Monster has been produced on a large scale. The team wrapped up a six-week shoot in Goregaon this August, which included significant action scenes, crowd sequences, and the creation of a detailed Afghan village set. This was followed by a focused 10-day combat training session in September.
Salman is also juggling his hosting duties for Bigg Boss 20 while keeping the demanding filming schedule on track. The plan is to finish shooting by November, after which the team will move into post-production to prepare for a theatrical release during Eid 2027.
Produced by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, Monster features a stellar cast alongside Salman, including Nayanthara, Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swamy, Rahul Dev, Ronit Roy, and Seema Biswas.
