Actor Anushka Sharma has made a significant investment in real estate by purchasing a luxurious apartment in the Godrej Skyshore project, which is currently under construction on Yari Road in Versova, Mumbai. The property, valued at approximately ₹14.9 crores, was officially registered on July 8, 2026, according to property records.
The new apartment occupies the 24th floor of Tower A and boasts a total area of around 2,153.7 square feet, including an impressive carpet area of about 2,026 square feet, along with a private balcony and terrace that measures around 128 square feet. This purchase was made from One-Stop Business Services LLP, with Godrej Properties responsible for the project development. The transaction also included a stamp duty payment of ₹74.48 lakhs and grants three covered parking spaces in the building’s basement.
The agreement for the apartment indicates that Anushka is set to take possession by June 30, 2031, depending on the progress of construction milestones since the building is still being developed. This price translates to approximately ₹73,600 per square foot based on the carpet area.
In another notable purchase, Anushka’s parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, acquired an apartment on the same floor of Tower A, also on July 8, 2026. Their new home has a total area of about 1,577 square feet and includes a carpet area of 1,477.8 square feet, complemented by approximately 99.2 square feet of balcony and terrace space. This apartment was purchased for around ₹10.91 crores, with a stamp duty cost of ₹65.45 lakhs. It comes with two covered basement parking spaces as well.
Altogether, the combined investment for both apartments reaches about ₹25.8 crores, with a total area of approximately 3,731 square feet and five covered parking spots. The properties are valued at roughly ₹73,500 to ₹74,000 per square foot based on their carpet areas.
Godrej Skyshore is designed by Godrej Properties and is currently under construction, with completion expected by June 30, 2031, or sooner, depending on construction timelines.
