Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has recently signed a five-year lease for a commercial office space in Goregaon East, Mumbai. This information comes from property registration documents that have been reviewed. The actor will lease a spacious 2,727 square feet office to QuantumX Global Private Limited for a total estimated rental value of Rs. 4.84 crores over the lease duration.

The office is located on the 14th floor of the E-Wing at Lotus Corporate Park, which is situated within the Graham Firth Steel Compound. The agreement was officially signed on August 31, 2026. The lease spans 60 months, meaning it will last for five years, and both the license and rent commencement dates have been set for September 5, 2026.

According to the lease terms, the rent will increase by 5% every year. The starting monthly rent is pegged at Rs. 7.30 lakhs. With this annual increase, the rent is expected to rise to approximately Rs. 7.67 lakhs in the second year. In the third year, the rent will likely reach around Rs. 8.05 lakhs per month, and in the fourth year, it could increase to nearly Rs. 8.45 lakhs. By the fifth year, the expected monthly rent could rise to about Rs. 8.87 lakhs, assuming the annual escalation is applied consistently.

Calculating the total rent for the entire five-year period, it amounts to roughly Rs. 4.84 crores, based on the terms in the registered agreement.

This commercial property deal highlights Hrithik Roshan’s ongoing involvement in Mumbai’s upscale real estate market. The actor has a history of investments in properties throughout the city, and Goregaon East has become a notable center for commercial and entertainment developments.

As of now, neither Hrithik Roshan nor QuantumX Global Private Limited has made any official comments regarding this lease agreement. The details have been derived from property registration documents that were reviewed.
