Actor Madhuri Dixit has recently sold a commercial office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹4.85 crores. This sale marks a significant increase in value, considering Madhuri initially bought the property for just ₹52.5 lakhs nearly 18 years ago. Property registration documents indicate that the value of the office has appreciated by about 824% over the years.
The official sale deed was registered on June 23, 2026. The new owner of the office is Frames Production Company Private Limited. The office is located on the fourth floor of Morya Landmark-II Premises Co-operative Society Ltd in Oshiwara. It offers a carpet area of 1,594.24 square feet and provides three parking spaces. The transaction also incurred a stamp duty of ₹29.10 lakhs.
Madhuri purchased this office space back in May 2008 for ₹52.5 lakhs. The recent sale highlights the long-term growth opportunities in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market.
In addition to this sale, Madhuri has also been active in the commercial real estate sector. Earlier this year, in March 2026, she leased another office in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The lease agreement spans five years with a total rental value of ₹2.81 crores. The office at One Lodha Place covers a carpet area of 731 square feet and comes with one parking space. The monthly rent starts at ₹4.25 lakhs in the first year and will increase by 5% in the second year. The lease also included a security deposit of ₹17 lakhs, along with stamp duty and registration fees.
This sale and lease activity reflect Madhuri’s continued involvement in property investments, showing her keen interest in the real estate market.
