Modeling Scout with Epstein Links Found Dead in Paris
Authorities in Paris have confirmed the death of Daniel Siad, a 69-year-old modeling scout connected to the late Jeffrey Epstein. His body was found in his apartment on Monday, and an autopsy is currently underway. According to Siad’s attorney, Menya Arab-Tigrine, he died from a heart attack, though she noted that stress and public scrutiny may have contributed to his condition.
“While he passed away due to a heart attack, the prolonged waiting, societal stigma, and pressure he faced without a doubt played a role,” said Arab-Tigrine. “We will need to wait for the autopsy results to confirm whether it was indeed a natural failure.”
Siad had been frequently mentioned in Epstein-related documents, appearing approximately 2,000 times in files released by the Justice Department. Emails reportedly show Siad communicating with Epstein, including messages about potential models he was scouring.
Authorities are looking into Siad’s ties, as at least 24 women have stepped forward as either victims or witnesses in a human trafficking and fraud investigation related to his activities.
Despite scrutiny, Arab-Tigrine emphasized that Siad was never prosecuted or formally implicated in any wrongdoing. “Let’s remember that he has not been found guilty of anything,” she stated. “His family needs time to mourn this loss.”
