The Haag family asserts that, despite the legal issues being worked out in court, misleading public statements have continued to appear. Peter and Wolfgang Haag have stated their intention to pursue both civil and criminal actions if their requests regarding the notices are not met. They have also mentioned that they will refrain from making any public comments for now due to the ongoing court matters in Austria.
