Kross Pictures announced on Thursday that the first Indian series inspired by a Korean webtoon is set to premiere in the latter half of this year.
The new series, named “Love Always,” is adapted from the popular Kakao webtoon “Here We Go Again,” created by Goeun, which aired from 2015 to 2017. The story centers around an elderly couple who magically transform back into their 17-year-old selves, allowing them to relive their youthful adventures.
Filming for “Love Always” was completed on April 2, according to Kross Pictures. Viewers can watch the series on the Indian streaming platform JioHotstar.
Kross Pictures, originally launched in 2003 in Los Angeles as Kross Entertainment LLC, expanded to Korea in 2004. The company is known for producing successful series like “Cheese in the Trap” and “Business Proposal.” Since establishing an Indian branch in 2015, it has worked on multiple projects, including “Janne Jaan” and “Oh! Baby,” the latter being a remake of the Korean film “Miss Granny.”
