A source revealed that Zee Studios will be handling the distribution of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do. This partnership marks the second collaboration between Zee and T-Series, following their prior joint effort with Jhund in 2022. This unexpected alliance has become a hot topic within the industry, highlighting how new partnerships can develop in cinema.
The same source also mentioned that upcoming promotional materials for Pati Patni Aur Woh Do will showcase Zee Studios’ logo. Fans can look forward to a teaser for the film, which is expected to drop within a week. The movie is set for a theatrical release on May 15.
Starring popular actors Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Rakul Preet Singh, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is directed by Mudassar Aziz, who previously directed the successful Pati Patni Aur Woh in 2019. That film, featuring Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday, and Bhumi Pednekar, was a hit, raking in Rs. 86.89 crores, and expectations are high for this new installment.
Initially, the film was scheduled for a March 4 release, coinciding with the Holi festival.
